It was a sunny day in Noe Valley, one of the great neighborhoods in the city where my latest project involved a stair remodel to a historical landmark in the city of San Francisco. A contractor had contacted me regarding a client who wanted to remodel her existing stair that was rotting along with creating a porch for her entry and enlarging the left side of the space to fit a car. "Sure thing." The project took about a month. The submittal to the city took a bit longer and a larger fee was paid due to the historical landmark designation the building had. The project was built by Greg at Bluewater Construction. Client was very happy with the results and she has called me back to remodel her kitchen. Alright!
